Skyluxe Group recently had the pleasure of working on a renovation project for a one bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. The client approached us with the desire to modernize their space and create a more functional layout.

Working closely with the client, our team developed a plan to reconfigure the layout of the apartment and add several new features. We removed a non-load bearing wall to open up the living area and create a more spacious feel. We also added a new kitchen island and updated the appliances, giving the space a more modern and functional kitchen.

In the bedroom, we created a walk-in closet and updated the en suite bathroom with new tiles, fixtures, and a glass shower enclosure. We also installed new flooring throughout the apartment and gave the entire space a fresh coat of paint.
